So delighted to see Swallows and House Martins return safely today. I’ve been scanning the skies for days looking for them. The House Martin whirled round above the garden and flew straight into one of the nest boxes on our house. “If you build it they will come.” #NatureIsHome 💚

Bit breezy at Start Point but plenty of sun has brought out fresh speckled wood, holly blue, several swallows, my first house martin of the year, wheatear, fine pair of peregrine, sandwich terns, gannets, cirl bunting, willow warbler, guillemot. Scrambled….like the weather!
