The flood pumps on Hylton Road are being removed this evening at 6.30pm.

While this takes place access to the Arena by motor vehicle will be via Tybridge Street and under the railway arches.

Hylton Road remains closed in Worcester due to surface water flooding

The Env Agency Midlands flood gate by University Arena will be installed at 7pm tonight in case of further river flooding impacts

Following the recent heavy rainfall, Hylton Road is now closed from the Range to the Henwick Road turning.

Pedestrian access only for the Arena and Severn Campus.

The Flood Barrier will be installed at 7pm this evening.

Here are our opening hours from today until January 8th when normal operating hours resume.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at the Arena.

If you are visiting the Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre this weekend, we have pay and display parking here at the Arena on Saturday and Sunday. Contactless payments only.

We also have 100 EV charge points and a number of fast chargers.

We are a 10 minute walk from Fayre.

Another weekend and another major event.

Set up is under way for tomorrows TAGB British Championships!
