Just been interviewed about politics in the 90s. BBC dug up footage of me looking v young when I won Wansdyke (almost identical to NE Somerset & Hanham seat) off the Tories in 97. Labour had never won here before - even in 45. The Lab Govt improved so many lives. Let’s win again!
