Last week l had the pleasure of facilitating a session on Young People's Participation in Leadership and Governance Processes WELEAD TRUST. I emphasized the need for young people to develop capacity so that they become the leaders they wish they had!
Yesterday, we showcased our work on youth leadership in partnership with Women's Academy for Leadership and ZINASU🇿🇼 at the Mwana Group Rugby Festival 2024, hosted at Prince Edward in Harare. During our #YouthPower #YouthReforms workshops in different provinces as part of our YOTB project, youth highlighted that the constitution has shortcomings regarding youth rights to run for public office and access to key positions,emphasizing the need for youth-friendly reforms.
