Next-level acid test for any blockchain or wannabe-chain:
1. What apps run on it? Show them.
2. How many daily users do they have?
3. What benefits let them come back?

Not just # of transactions, validators, liquidity pools, staking schemes, ponzi-tokenomics or # of developers.

Is the ongoing inflation keeping interest rates high, or are lingering high-interest rates preventing lower inflation?

Do average consumers prefer a 5.5% interest rate in their savings bank account or lower prices at grocery stores and products/services they regularly need?
