At our Racial Justice and Poverty Town Hall, Maria Noel Fernandez, Executive Director of Working Partnerships, says the tech industry’s lack of diversity is in part a symptom of a rise in outsourcing, which blocks out Black and Latinx workers from entering and mobilizing within the sector.
