Well, my 5+ month vacation is coming to a close. I accepted an offer to join Amazon as a Senior Product Manager. As much fun as it’s been to knock out projects and enjoy holidays I wouldn’t have otherwise enjoyed, as well as just relax, it’ll be nice to be working again!

Hey Delta what does it take to talk to a human about my fiance’s screwed up flight and poor customer service? She sat on hold for an hour calling the line your email said to call to find out it was the wrong number, 5+ hours on hold later, she’ll never fly delta again.
