When I observe a class I look for evidence of thinking and who is doing it. It’s a radically different perspective. It’s tough to gently draw teachers and admins to that way of thinking.

Great evidence snacks from Peps today, making me think about the impact of interruptions on attention.

Avoid interruptions, as they leave a wake.

Also made me reflect that we should brighten lines of transition to avoid attention residue, where thoughts are carried over.
