Unfortunately it just made him look like a person with credentials who bowed to an ideology, like pretty much all the nutrition documentaries have done. They paint a single way in the most charitable light possible, simultaneously painting all other approaches as inferior,ā€¦

It is what we learned from the dietary guidelines. The over promotion of a single approach, in the case of guidelines free government promotion as well, doesnā€™t work with free living humans. Low carb diets have their place, but if simply used to replace the food pyramid, myā€¦

I think short intervals are the workout I lean on progress the most to stay excited about coming back. Iā€™m going to do the work regardless, but it does mean tracking closely and finding the progress points is more important for me with this training input.

I say this with love and compassion. If you are following a low carbohydrate/ketogenic diet, and have not yet included spanakopita minus the fillo dough into your protocol, you have failed. I suggest getting to the grocery store STAT.

Just a guess, but I assume these type of moves excite people on ā€œyourā€ side that will already vote anyway, and upset people on the ā€otherā€ side that may not have.

Itā€™s what happens when nutrition becomes ideology. You find yourself editing other peopleā€™s videos to say something different. It seems like a move that will ultimately cause more harm than good for that group, which is strange, but still happens.

That first one is so important. One thing I have learned through coaching is if you first account for non negotiables (things not willing to sacrifice for your exercise), and use that to carve out how much time you can consistently commit. You can build the plan from there versusā€¦
