Back to the grind, weekday 05am 5k #run in #PhnomPenh . Will follow this up with 10” #skiprope to improve my conditioning, trash right now. Adding a 15k run on Saturdays & a 50km #bike ride on Sundays. Need to get in shape for my inglorious return to #muaythai sparring next week.

Just another normal day of banking with State Bank of India — sometimes wish just once could rely on #SBI to work properly. Alas, I can’t switch…too drawn in by the rusty, half-opened gate you have to squeeze thru to get in, and the customer experience that’s next-level medieval!
