Advance Statements for Black People So the Joint Committee on the draft Mental Health Bill published their recommendations- they endorsed ACDs…many unsure what they are. The brilliant, wise, sensible, jobbing for years, #TonyDavies , asks all the pertinent questions. Everything you ever wanted to know about ACDs, but were too afraid to ask.
