1. Twice as many events in pts with non obstructive CAD (vs. obst), as non-obst represents majority of patients referred for CCTA)
2. Elevated FAI (4th quartile vs. 1st) a/w 10x higher cardiac mortality and 5x higher MACE (2/3)

Recognizing Koen Nieman one more time for his ti(r)eless leadership of Heart_SCCT during the 2020/2021 cycle. IMHO Koen demonstrated the best leadership SCCT or any society could have hoped for during a pandemic and you positioned the society well for ongoing growth and success!

I always learn so much from this symposium! (Granted I’m not a clinician, but much of the content is both accessible and definitely relevant for non-physicians!)

At #SCCT2022 then Heart_SCCT President Eric Williamson passed gavel on to incoming President Brian with the Good Dictations at end of BOD meeting, who in turn passed it on to now president Ed Nicol ( #GetEdOnTwitter ) at #SCCT2023 .
