We are excavating a Mesolithic site on Mar Lodge Estate National Nature Reserve NTS. Thanks to them and to Society of Antiquaries of Scotland Aberdeenshire Council UCD Archaeology NTS Archaeologist Dig It! for support.

25 volunteers moved 285 boxes of disarticulated bone into MitherKirkAberdeen new crypt this morning. Many hands make light (ish) work. Thanks to everyone including Archaeology at UoA Staff and osteology students

Last weekend an intrepid group went to Mar Lodge Estate National Nature Reserve NTS to walk 19km 'fieldwalking'. We thought the likelihood of finding lithics was v low-but they did!
