And, meanwhile, what has happened to the toxic culture that Alison McDermott - She/her uncovered at Sellafield and the Senior Management individually and collectively responsible for it? What is the existential threat to us all if this has not been addressed? Gravely concerning situation.

How could Respondents possibly level such criticism at Alison McDermott - She/her for the 'cost to the public purse' of pursuing this case when their combined legal expenses for pursuing costs will totally dwarf the maximum penalty that could be awarded.

Watched the entire Hearing too Chris. This action suggests that the Respondents wanted 'the problem' to simply go away and were prepared to make that happen by, under the circumstances, offering a derisory settlement. More than a creditable LIP performance by Alison McDermott - She/her H
