That's Cardiff to Bangor ticked off ✅

Sustrans route 8 is a great ride! Made some slight deviations but I'd definitely recommend it! Gravel/MTB required for some sections, or wide touring tyres. Low gears also for the very steep gradients!

This, to me, is an obvious win-win. Use commute time to get fit and healthy, reduce travel costs, use time more efficiently, and help the planet.

Workplaces need to provide places to change/shower to make this a normality though.

E-bikes open this up to a lot more people too.
