Good to see David Cameron talking about these issues in Kyrgyzstan. Right now part of the answer to how Russia is managing to equip its war machine is by importing sanctioned items via the Caucasus & Central Asia.

I asked David Cameron about this The Sun story while travelling with him in Central Asia. “These are very disturbing reports,” he said, and if right “then it is extremely worrying and extremely irresponsible for Russia to do this”.
