#ACC24 : in collaboration with U.S. FDA FDA Medical Devices, our nationwide post-marketing surveillance of IVC Filters in 270K US Medicare patients (2013-2021) showed⬇️insertions but stably low retrieval volume (only ∼15%), despite guideline recommendations. What else did we find? 🧵👇
