It's a rare thing--it has only happened twice to me in nearly 900 publications--but Cian McCarthy had a paper accepted today by one of the top journals in the world...without any requested edits.

In the first US trial evaluating a drug-coated balloon for coronary in-stent restenosis, we found that the Agent paclitaxel balloon reduced target lesion failure by > 40% compared with conventional angioplasty.

Now FDA approved.
