At the start of the new year I work on goal-setting. This year I’m thinking of ways to set goals that will allow me to be a better colleague, parent, friend, and mentor. One intention I’ll be setting is listening to the needs of those around me and championing new ideas.

It’s been a big year of milestones, professional and personal accomplishments, and growth for us all. I’m so grateful for what 2023 brought to me—and none of it would have been possible without the encouragement and support of so many in my circle. #HappyNewYear

The most gratifying part of being a mentor is getting to see my mentees shine. From leading HP events to traveling for work trips abroad and across the country, I am thrilled by their growth. I can’t wait to see what my mentees accomplish in the new year.
