#CHARGED | A teenager has been charged with trespassing on the railway and vandalism of a @Scotrail train in the #EastLothian area.

CCTV coverage on the rail network is vast, and those committing offences will be identified.

🚷Trespassing on the railway is extremely dangerous.

#ARREST | A male has been arrested for theft of fuel from a Network Rail Scotland location in #WestLothian .

After a house search under warrant, he was interviewed by BTP East Scot officers and subsequently charged for the alleged offences.

Two men who violently assaulted a football fan and left him with a bleed on the brain have been jailed for over three years, following a British Transport Police investigation.

Following a serious assault aboard a train at Glasgow Shettleston on February 2 2022, both men responsible have been imprisoned for 3 years, 9 months.

Violence will not be tolerated on Scotland’s rail network.
