Congratulations Adnan Chhatriwalla and Chetan Huded on this important paper showing that 44% of patients who underwent MTEER in the TVTR were COAPT-ineligible.
Ineligible patients had similar 30d health status but ⬆️ 1yr death/HFH compared with eligible patients.

Important article from the National Amyloidosis Center on prognostic implications of albuminuria in ATTR-CM.
Progressive renal failure, need for escalating diuretics, and albuminuria are bad signs.
