Brian C. Castrucci, DrPH Some in America receive cost of living ⬆️ Some states don’t think raising min wage is prudent. Then there’s performance bumps. This Congress is not eligible for an increase based on performance. When govt is fully funded & upholding all civil rights happens then let’s talk.
