A4: During Morning meeting, we do kindness shout outs. Ss have a tiny bucket on their desk and kindness notes are written everyday to fill buckets. #BuildHOPEedu

A3: When it is modeled, practiced and intentional it becomes part of the culture of the school and the classroom. When the ripple effect begins, it is difficult to stop it. #BuildHOPEedu

A2: Model, model,model! Provide opportunities for Ss to notice intentional acts of kindness and opportunities for them to reciprocate it. #BuildHOPEedu

A1: We incorporate kindness practices all year long. I want my Ss to learn that spreading kindness should be an everyday intentional act. #BuildHOPEedu

A3: Distractions play a major part in preventing one to see with their heart. Busyness can also blind one and distract them. I think many times, we get caught up in all the things we need to achieve and accomplishment and we don’t slow down to notice. #BuildHOPEedu

A2: I think it has a lot to do with the example you set. When you show appreciation and gratitude and when you accept others for who they are, it can create a ripple effect throughout the community. #buildHOPEedu
