On #EarthDay2024 Scottish Government has confirmed that the sale and supply of wet wipes containing plastic will be banned in Scotland.
Ministers will introduce regulations by the end of 2024 with the ban due to come into force 18 months later.

We urge @scotparl to endorse REM and call for its expansion across fleets to help monitor fishing activities and promote sustainable fisheries.
A few weeks ago Mossy Earth with help from MOC volunteers collected some seagrass rhizomes from the Moray Firth for Macduff Aquarium to help understand how it grows and to show visitors what seagrass looks like. Seems healthy so far. #seagrass #macduffaquarium #conservation
