Today I gave evidence at the Tobacco and Vapes Bill Committee in UK Parliament. At Cancer Research UK we fully support the legislation to help create the first #SmokefreeGeneration and I urged the MPs present to back it in full. Together with supporters, this is what we’ve been campaigning
The Tobacco & Vapes Bill could help create the first #SmokefreeGeneration . Michelle Mitchell gave evidence to the committee & set out why it’s vital to raise the age of sale so no one born after the start of 2009 can legally be sold tobacco - the biggest cause of cancer in the UK.
