From 2014-23, 60 families successfully moved on from NJ Department of Children and Families KFT to stable housing. Only 9 families experienced a CPS referral within 12 months of moving on, and ZERO families experienced a removal.

Today, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments in Grants Pass v. Johnson—a case that could allow cities to criminalize unhoused people for sleeping on the streets.

SCOTUS must uphold the constitutional rights of our unhoused neighbors and choose housing, not handcuffs.
