🤝Last week we held an event with New Futures Network & OPCC Lincolnshire with a focus on reducing reoffending through employment on release.

We heard from a range of employers who provided valuable insights into recruiting prison leavers & the positive experiences they've had.

We linked up with local charity ‘Let them eat cake’ and donated 50 meals to the homeless in Lincoln. All the meals were cooked by our prisoners working at our onsite cafe Berties to give back to their local community as part of our New Futures Network #UnlockingHospitality campaign.
