24 years ago, I was honored to pin dolphins on George Benecke onboard USS OK City (SSN 723) during my command tour. Fast forward to today. George attended the China Maritime-CMSI Symposium U.S. Naval War College as a member of the ONI team. So proud of him and the legacy of that great crew!
