A drunk driver crashed into a Westbrook Police cruiser Sunday night. The officers were not injured. MATTHEW MCGOVERN was arrested and charged with OUI, Aggravated Driving to Endanger, Reckless Conduct, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, and Criminal Mischief.
