Yesterday, Minister for Keeping the Promise Natalie Don MSP led the debate at Scottish Parliament on the Children (Care and Justice) Bill.

Now passed, the Bill will help Scotland take a big step forward in embedding #UNCRC principles and Keeping the Promise.

YLS believes that Disclosure Scotland’s proposed plan to remove the membership fee waiver for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme will increase stress on already threadbare youth work services.
