On Friday I spoke at Exec about This City housing in Ancoats and Beswick and how brilliant these affordable homes are. After that Bev Craig kicked off the Keep Britain Tidy Spring clean in Bradford Park which myself and Julie got stuck into and helped spruce up the park 🗑️

These new homes are in addition to 70,000 social rent homes we already have in Manchester, which Manchester City Council own 16,000 of in Ardwick, Ancoats, City Centre and across North Manchester.

Council, Social and Manchester Living Rent Homes are a priority for our Housing Strategy.

We have a Manchester Labour 🐝 pledge to build the homes that Manchester needs.

This includes new council housing.
