These new homes are in addition to 70,000 social rent homes we already have in Manchester, which Manchester City Council own 16,000 of in Ardwick, Ancoats, City Centre and across North Manchester.
Council, Social and Manchester Living Rent Homes are a priority for our Housing Strategy.
We have a Manchester Labour 🐝 pledge to build the homes that Manchester needs.
