The Autumnal Currach

Ingredients
-45 ml Currach Wakame
-8ml Amaro
-8 ml Maraschino liqueur
-22 ml Dry vermouth
-Fresh lemon

Prepare cocktail in a mixing glass, stir and let sit a few seconds. Pour cocktail, squeeze lemon zest over cocktail, garnish with maraschino.

Currach Wakame, made from 100% Irish malted barley. Initially matured in 1st fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Atlantic Wakame seaweed charred American oak casks.

The Currach Campfire

Ingredients
-60 ml Currach Whiskey
-8 ml. Maple syrup
-3 dashes chocolate bitters
-Orange twist to garnish

Add all ingredients to an old fashioned glass, stir. Release the oils from the orange zest through a flaming wood pick over the drink and serve.

The Currach Opening
(Serves 1)
-25 ml Currach Kombu
-15 ml Rosso vermouth
-15 ml Grenadine

Half-fill the shaker with ice. Pour in Currach, vermouth, grenadine. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass.

Currach Boulevardier

Ingredients
-65 ml Currach Wakame
-20 ml Campari
-20 ml Sweet vermouth
-Orange peel to garnish

Add Currach, Campari, sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange twist.
