The National Seed Bank made significant milestones this month with the first 100 batches of seed being officially accessioned into the collection after competing the quality control process. A new article published in the Irish Naturalists Journal INJ-Journal by one of our team, Dr Darren Reidy & colleague Ken Bond, documents the invasive aquatic plant Myriophyllum aquaticum acting as a host plant for Epiphyas postvittana, an invasive moth & crop pest in Ireland.
