Trevor Penny was magnet fishing in an English waterway near Oxford when he pulled out a rusty sword. Experts say it’s a Viking sword that is probably more than 1,000 years old. nyti.ms/3IKlnkx

The state of Maine is holding a hearing on this today and Army officials will attend. They will probably get questions about Robert card’s brain that they can’t answer. In a very broad sense, when it comes to blast exposure, the army doesn’t know what the risks are.

Breaking. Lab results show Robert Card, the man behind the worst shooting in Maine history, had profound brain damage from blasts he was exposed to training in the Army. Huge implications. nytimes.com/2024/03/06/us/…

There's a good chance two Navy SEALs died during a ship boarding mission off Somalia because no one bothered to figure out if they could still float with all their gear. A lot of SEALs see this as an avoidable tragedy. nytimes.com/2024/01/22/us/…
