About a year ago I came across a TT video of a woman around my age who developed a tongue sore that kept growing. Her doctors attributed it to her Crohn's disease. In the span of 6 weeks, it continued to grow along the entire side of her tongue.

Harry Thomas I'm happy to report that I finally did it and yeah, the prep sucked (and so was being on my period that day), but the colonoscopy itself was nbd.

13% sensitivity for detection of advanced adenomas (including no significant difference in detection rates when those adenomas have high grade dysplasia) is not a test I would use for “prevention” (as succinctly summarized below!).
It’s not a fault of the assay - it’s biology.
