Research on colonialism often shows that those in power rarely hide their colonial ambitions; the evidence is everywhere. Yet there are always people who choose to ignore it, explain it away, justify it, or do nothing at all. This too is necessary for colonialism to function.

I have learned so much today from the #PPWeek23 sessions and I couldn't even get to them all! The commitments on EDI this AM, the bravery of the NE&Y Antiracism CoP and the collective experience of Associate Psychological Practitioners in NW this PM. My head is buzzing!

We are hoping to recruit Black fathers for this research project. Sade-Lou

Babies of Black ethnicity now have the highest rates of both stillbirth and neonatal death. Mortality rates for babies of Black and Asian ethnicity remain higher than for babies of White ethnicity across all five deprivation quintiles.
