We are so proud of Oliver Snook, one of our supported internship students who recently represented the southern region in Figure Skating at the Special Olympics National Winter Games held in Folgaria, Italy.

Thank you so much, UK Young Restaurant! 🙌We are honoured and excited to be among the semi-finalists for the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year 2024. Our team is ready to showcase their passion and skills.🍽️

Working alongside the team from the hotel group students worked together to prepare, cook, and serve lunch for 50 people. Guests at the lunch included our CEO Andrew Kaye and Vice Principal of Eastleigh College Rosie Sharp.
