I’m generally pretty quiet on here, but today is my last day today at American Economic Liberties Project. I’m happy to say that I will be starting this summer as an assistant professor at BU Political Science. Really excited to joint such great colleagues and such a great department!

.Initiative for Medicines, Access & Knowledge & American Economic Liberties Project explained exactly how pharma leverages sham Orange Book patent listings in our May report. Then we explained what needs to be done about it.

Since then we’ve seen Elizabeth Warren & Rep. Pramila Jayapal call out the problem and now we’re seeing FTC take action.
