And finally, the last array of our #STRAITSproject is tracking the movement of fish between the Irish Sea and the Atlantic Ocean - the SeaMonitor array! 🐟🦈 the array is a continuation of the SeaMonitor project, and is being (re)deployed this very moment!! #trackingnotslacking

Yesterday's small fish survey with Chichester Harbour Conservancy and Sussex IFCA for Solent Seascape Project gave us a mystery fish. Any ideas for this little guy would be greatly appreciated!

Loughs Agency recently installed 4 eel/lamprey passes on the Rivers Finn, Strule, Faughan and Roe.
These passes ease the passage at sites previously considered “barriers to migration”, opening up river and lake habitats across all 4 catchments.
