The Food Professor Crazy. Along with it they continue to overtake energy which makes everything more expensive including our exports......a recipe for a poorer future.

The Food Professor Well said. I have said something similar for over two years now - Canada does not have a food policy worth the name. It is not serious in addressing the stresses of our food system. It shows no interest in the matter whatsoever and is far, far down the priority list.

The news from the Middle East is quite concerning. Commodities are likely to reflect the uncertainty Monday generated by the ongoing conflict.
