Excellent! More data and evaluations of novel CV formats that include narrative elements!

The results look nice - acceptance and positive feedback for narratives, and more negative views on inclusion of metrics.

Looks like we are moving in the right direction

Rochelle Fritch - R4RI is explored by funders as a tool to make assessment more responsible, inclusive and fair - with input from researchers and through continuously learning as it is being rolled out

We celebrate International Women’s Day in the shadow of the dreadful Russian invasion of Ukraine, with its particular and appalling toll on women and girls. It’s worth reflecting on the life of Kathleen Lonsdale, scientific pioneer, prison reformer and pacifist.

Great work from DORA & FORGEN exploring the opportunities & challenges of implementing narrative CVs to improve researcher assessment. Grab your copy of the briefing – it’s short & to the point. This is an important journey that more & more orgs are embarking on.
