During today’s trilateral w/ Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU 2024 & European Parliament on EU implementation of the #UNCRPD we took stock of achievements on #DisabilityRights & reflected on our common mission to forge a #UnionOfEquality where persons with disabilities can enjoy their rights and participate fully.
At the last plenary of this legislature, I thanked European Parliament members for advancing so swiftly on the European Disability Card and European Parking Card for persons with disabilities.
