Today, we organised our bean teepees, finished our arch for our sensory tunnel into the willow dome, and Alphonso is almost finished our water harvesting area, and as usual had the most delicious lunch from Maria and Swapna 🌱🌱🌱

Yesterday, we spent most of the morning on essential maintenance around the Polytunnell to add extra protection for our little seedings on the inside, Our Amaranth has started to peek through the soil,those seeds are from last years crop, how amazing is that 🥰🌱🌱🌱
