In the past 24 hours French & British Chiefs of Staff held a historic joint meeting in Paris celebrating the Entente Cordiale, which included meeting President Emmanuel Macron

Our discussions ranged from Ukraine, CJEF & NATO, the Red Sea & the security of the Paris Olympics.🇬🇧🇫🇷

Wildcat helicopters from 815 Naval Air Squadron worked with four P2000s in the fjords of #Norway for a game of cat and mouse in Exercise Tamber Shield. Alongside HMS Biter, HMS Exploit, @HMS_blazer and HMS Trumpeter, the Wildcats were tasked with finding and targeting Norwegian vessels.

Great day yesterday with 815 Naval Air Squadron HMS Trumpeter HMS Biter HMS Exploit out in the Fjords. What better way to start the week than hide and seek with MANPADs and Missiles. Obviously no real world damaged caused to anything except pride on both sides.

It was a great start to the morning to wave goodbye to HMS BLAZER, EXPLOIT, BITER and TRUMPETER as they sailed from Portsmouth to a wintry northern Norway for NATO exercise STEADFAST DEFENDER. What an adventure for these Coastal Forces patrol boats commanded by young Lieutenants!
