Our crews are working hard to avoid anti-air weapon systems in the Fjords. Aggressor Squadron from RAF Spadeadam are supporting #TamberShield2024 by emulating Man-Portable Air-Defence (MANPAD) systems.

Great day yesterday with 815 Naval Air Squadron HMS Trumpeter HMS Biter HMS Exploit out in the Fjords. What better way to start the week than hide and seek with MANPADs and Missiles. Obviously no real world damaged caused to anything except pride on both sides.

We’ve been looking forward to this sight ever since we left Portsmouth but that hasn’t made it any less rewarding

One of the rare moments where you can literally see the civvy’s paying thousands for this. The ships and their crews continue to push themselves as we head ever north

The weathers finally had us so it’s a weekend in Trondheim before we continue our journey North. Turns out we’re fine with a moving deck but a slippy ones our downfall

Looks like the news is out! We’re very excited for what promises to be an amazing albeit challenging deployment and look forward to updating everyone as we go.

.HMS Biter, @HMS_Blazer, HMS Exploit and HMS Trumpeter, the smallest ships in the fleet, are preparing to leave HMNB Portsmouth at the beginning of February for a four-month mission – mostly in the fjords of Norway.

After an exciting and varied 18 months in command Lt Pierce Tattersall has handed over command to Lt Aaron Paul. We wish Lt Tattersall all the best in his future career and hope to bump into him again. #smallshipsbigimpact

Nice and shiny! HMS Blazer is completing her refit period (with new deck!) at Berthon International and will be back to the #CoastalForcesSquadron materially ready for operations 🥶✨
