Levon Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC)

WDR proteins are a large, druggable, and underexplored target class with strong disease associations.
Levon just released several WDR structures in complex with inhibitors, which were identified using DEL-ML, in collaboration with Relay Therapeutics, X-Chem and Google.

Exciting to share that our DCAF1 manuscript is now available online. It was great collaborating with the OICR team to advance this molecule into a nanomolar affinity DCAF1 ligand.
