At Helm Autocare, our garage learning centre, young people can gain skills and qualifications in Mechanics in a working garage.

Recently some of our young people have been practicing various checks on our training car before carrying out a health check on a customer's car.

As part of #EarthMonth we looked at how we could reduce our impact on the planet's resources 🌍 Young people have been leaning how to mend and repair garments. They practiced their new found techniques by designing and decorating draw string bags 🪡🧵
