Members of the RSBE2 team collected microphytobenthos samples in the Loire estuary with contact cores and liquid nitrogen. Each core was mapped with a multispectral MicaSense dual Sensor camera as we did in Spain in the Guadalquivir estuary 15 days ago ICMAN-CSIC
