Honoured to feature on the cover and inside The Egypt Exploration Society magazine 'Egyptian Archaeology' with the article ' #Tutankhamun , Art & #Yorkshire ' (with a fair few mentions of #Barnsley obviously) ๐ ees.ac.uk/product/ea-64.โฆ
#NationalPetDay This is Colin the beloved pet of the Spencer Stanhope family, he features in a lot of their photos.
They had quite a few dogs but always chose the name Colin!
Also #NationalPetDay a glorious painting of goddess/enchantress Circe on her island of Aeaea with her tame lions and wolves! She is one of my favourites and a fellow ailurophile.. kind to pigs too ๐ฆ๐บ๐ท

Imagine waking up, putting this outfit on, then assaulting people because they're trying to stop you from hurting animals.
Mental world we live in isn't it!
Huge credit to North Dorset Hunt Saboteurs - show them some love!

Immortal Egypt Arts, Cultures & Education Events Thank you for this evening Joann, a superb lecture, more please!
Just home after this phenomenal lecture from Immortal Egypt. I was so engaged the time flew past. Could have listened to you all night.
Three terracotta #camels , all saddled. The one on the left has a cloaked rider, his back to us; the one on the right is laden with amphorae (oil or wine?). Workhorses of the trade routes.
#Egyptian , either Ptolemaic or Roman era. ALT 4 more.
