Set your reminders for 7pm tonight! The society's newest bottling, The Cask That Jack Built. Distilled in Carlow (Pearse Lyons) before the stills went to Dublin. Those who tried it at Whiskey Live say that it's a phenomenal example of what virgin oak can do to amazing distillate!
